1. What kind of ink and toner cartridges does Roncco Recycling pay for?

The ink and toner cartridges we purchase appear on our buyback list. Please contact us regarding any cartridges that are not currently on the buyback list. We do not purchase damaged cartridges.

2. How can I tell the difference between a OEM cartridge and a remanufactured/ refilled cartridge?

OEM cartridges such as HP, Canon, Brother, Dell, and Lexmark will have their label on the cartridge. Remanufactured cartridges will have the OEM label covered showing the remanufacturers  label or it will be labeled  compatible. Another sign that a cartridge is refilled would be drill holes on the cartridge.

3. How can I tell if my cartridges are damaged?

If any of the housing is cracked or broken, missing springs , moving parts cannot move, or circuitry is scratched the cartridge is consider damaged.

4. Do I have to take the cartridges out of the original box or consolidate them in another box?

It’s a matter preference. All we ask our customers to do is to pick a designated spot to put the cartridges. There is no need to take the cartridges out of the original box, we take the cartridges with or without the boxes. We make the process as seamless as possible.

5. When do I get paid?

Roncco Recycling pays cash or check on the spot. We perform an inspection of the cartridges during pick up, create a list of  what the customer has, and calculate the total amount to be paid to the customer.
